Returns Information

The Greater Goods does NOT offer refunds on products if you simply change your mind.
 
We only offer a refund where a manufacturing fault is clearly present. Customers are responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying The Greater Goods within 10 business days of receiving the goods should there be a fault. Items to be returned must be in perfect, original condition. The Greater Goods must receive the returned item within 10 business days of Return Authorisation.
 
Do NOT send any returns to us prior to notifying us of the returns case. You must be issued a Return Authorisation Number prior to sending any goods. Packages sent without first contacting us will NOT be accepted.
 
For any returned items, you will NOT be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping to The Greater Goods.

We strongly recommend using Registered Post as The Greater Goods will not be responsible for any misplaced items.
